7A Apnify provides a software infrastructure operating system enabling independent merchants to host their direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce websites. Merchants maintain complete ownership over their brand, product catalogs, pricing, customer interactions, and fulfillment policies.
New stores provisioned under our Starter and Growth plans are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee on the setup fee if requested within 14 calendar days of store provisioning, subject to our standard fair usage terms.
Merchants agree not to use the platform to sell prohibited, fraudulent, hazardous, or illegal goods under Indian law. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of tenant access without refund.
7A Apnify provides software infrastructure on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive for 99.9% uptime across our server cluster. We are not liable for business loss resulting from third-party logistics delays or payment gateway downtime.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
