We are committed to protecting your personal data, business information, and privacy in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and Google Play Developer Policies.

1. Information We Collect

When you register as a merchant, operate your store, or use our mobile application, we collect the following types of information:

Account & Merchant Credentials: Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Mobile Number, Business Name, and encrypted account credentials.
Store & Catalog Data: Product titles, descriptions, pricing, inventory stock levels, category configurations, and banner images uploaded by you.
Device & Diagnostics Information: Device model, OS version, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens (used solely for order alerts and dashboard notifications), and network connectivity states.
Camera & Media Storage Access: Requested only when you upload product photos or store banners directly from your device camera or media gallery.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

Provisioning and maintaining your dedicated multi-tenant store database and custom subdomain.
Processing online order management, payment gateway handshakes, and logistics synchronization.
Sending transactional alerts (new order notifications, inventory low-stock alerts, security verification codes).
Ensuring platform security, anti-fraud protection, and preventing unauthorized store access.

3. Data Protection & Tenant Isolation

Strict Multi-Tenant Database Isolation: Each merchant operates with a segregated database instance. Your customer data, sales records, and financial figures are completely isolated and never shared with other tenants or unauthorized third parties.

All network communications between the mobile application, web storefronts, and server APIs are encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver end-to-end commerce capabilities, we integrate with trusted third-party service providers who adhere to strict data security standards:

Payment Processors (Razorpay / PhonePe): For secure processing of setup fees and storefront transactions. Financial credentials (card numbers, UPI PINs) are processed directly by RBI-authorized gateways and are never stored on our servers.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC): Used exclusively to deliver realtime push notifications for merchant order updates.

5. Permissions Required by the Android App

android.permission.INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to synchronize orders and catalog data with your store backend.
android.permission.CAMERA & READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Used solely when you choose to take or upload product photos.
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to alert you instantly when a customer places an order on your store.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion Requests

You have full ownership of your data. You may request account deletion or data export at any time:

To request complete deletion of your merchant account, database, and uploaded assets, email us at privacy@7apnify.in with your registered phone number or subdomain.
All associated tenant databases and media assets will be permanently purged within 14 business days.
